The FCC Vision Team is upgrading to a new survey platform in 2026. As we move through the phases of this work, we thank our FCC Vision community for their continued contributions to our research.

• Existing members: After a short pause, we are excited to be able to resume our survey work with you! For the moment, survey invites and the point redemption process will continue being offered in the format you are already familiar with. As we move further along in our refresh, we will continue to communicate with you about changes you’ll see or actions to take to transition your account to our new platform.
