We will ask you to participate in several surveys or studies throughout the year

As an FCC Vision member, you’ll be invited by email to participate in short (5-10 minute) online surveys. We never conduct phone surveys. Surveys are normally open for 5-10 business days. Participation for any type of study is always voluntary.

This is how we use and share your survey results

Your survey responses are aggregated so that FCC can use them to provide direction on business decisions. Individual responses are kept confidential. If applicable, the results will be posted on the FCC Vision website within 90 days of the study closing.

You’ll be rewarded for your time

For every survey or study you complete, you’ll earn FCC Vision points which can then be redeemed for gift cards or Prepaid Visa* cards. You can spend your points immediately or save them for a higher value gift card.

Use your Visa* Prepaid card anywhere Visa cards are accepted worldwide. The FCC Vision Card is issued by Peoples Trust Company pursuant to a licence from Visa Int. *Trademark of Visa Int., used under licence by Peoples Trust Company. Pay close attention to the expiration date printed on the front of the card. You will not have access to the funds after expiration.
